1. Wash the pork belly and cut it into thick slices (because I don’t like it too greasy, so I removed the fat and pig skin)

6. Stir-fry evenly and transfer to a clay pot and simmer over high heat. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer until the sauce is thickened.
