After about 30 minutes, a "pop bang bang" sound is heard from the jar. (2) Pour the broth into a pot, turn on high heat, and stir repeatedly. When the soup becomes thick, stir it with a wooden spatula to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Until the soup becomes a milky white syrup.

(3) Fry the bean flour (1 kg) until cooked, dissolve it in boiling water with brown sugar or white sugar, and mix it with molasses to form a large dough. Cut into small pieces, roll into thin sheets, then cut into various shapes with a knife and place on a mat in the cool room to cool. When the sugar skin becomes slightly hard, it can be eaten.
