How to make traditional muffin cup cake

If we want to reduce the occurrence of diseases, we should not always eat out in restaurants. After all, restaurant dishes contain more seasonings and the ingredients may not be hygienic. Cooking by ourselves is relatively healthier. The traditional muffin cakes and cup cakes are simple to make and can also help promote health.

1. This recipe is for three large cupcakes. Pour eggs, corn oil and milk into a large bowl, add sugar and salt and mix well.

2. Mix the low-gluten flour and baking powder, sift them, and then pour them into the egg and milk mixture.

3. Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly (stir from the bottom up, do not stir in circles) until all the flour is moistened. At this point the batter looks rough and clumpy, so stop stirring.

4. Put the batter into a piping bag or a plastic bag, squeeze it into the paper cup mold 2/3 full, and bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 20-30 minutes, until the surface is expanded and golden brown. The cake is slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

It should be said that everyone knows the importance of diet to themselves. Although the traditional muffin cakes and cup cakes are easy to make, they make people who have eaten them give them a thumbs up.
