How to make homemade old tofu

1. Prepare 1 block of firm tofu.

2. Put it in the pressure cooker and put a steaming mat underneath to prevent sticking.

3. Pour in clean water, add celery segments, coriander, carrot cubes, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, MSG, chicken powder, cover and bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour, turn off the heat and cool.

4. Take out the tofu and cut it open, you can see that the inside is in a honeycomb shape.

5. Cut the tofu into thick slices.

6. Slice the pork belly, add peanut oil to the pan, add the pork belly slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the garlic slices and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, add soy sauce, chili sauce and salt for seasoning, add in old tofu and stew.

8. When it is almost dry, drizzle with chicken oil and place in a small clay pot.
