Prepare the corresponding mold, reduce the size of the cake by one circle, put it into the mold, pour in half of the mousse filling and smooth it out, let the surface solidify slightly, then put in another piece of cake, pour in the other half of the mousse filling and smooth it out, and put it in the refrigerator.

18. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until softened, then heat over water until melted.

19. Pour the melted gelatin into the sugar water and stir evenly.

20. Take out the cooled cake body, demould it, cut the yellow peaches into pieces, and place them on the cooled cake body for decoration.
