1.1 When the dough has doubled in size, take it out and knead it evenly (this step is to expel the gas in the dough)

2.2 Mix the yeast powder with a small amount of warm water and set aside. Mix the flour, yeast water and appropriate amount of water and knead well. Take about 15~20g of dough, add red yeast rice powder/pigment, cover with wet gauze and ferment in a warm place.

4.2 Roll the dough into strips and divide into small portions

5. Package into a group (I can’t take photos of how to package it because I’m doing it alone)

6. Use toothpicks to make the pink dough into a pig nose and ears. Black sesame seeds for eyes. Put cold water into the steamer and cook for about 15 minutes.

7. The plump white bean paste buns are ready. They are so cute that you don’t want to eat them~
