Pan-fried spicy fish recipe

1. Clean the fish and tap the fish body with the back of a knife along the incision below the fish head near the fish spine to pick out the fishy line (white)

8. Cook the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant and add Pixian bean paste

9. Add dried chili peppers and peppercorns and fry until the flavor comes out.

10. Add smoked dried shrimps and stir fry

11. Add the oyster mushrooms and continue to stir fry

12. Add Chinese cabbage and fry until cooked

13. Add the cooked wide noodles at the end. Since the wide noodles have been cooked in advance, add them at the end to avoid them from being broken into pieces.

14. Use another pan (or put it on a plate after frying and set aside) and add some oil to the pan (use a slightly larger amount of oil to avoid sticking to the pan). When it is about 40% hot, put in the fish head and tail and fry them.

15. After about five minutes, put the fish head and tail into a plate for later use, put the marinated fish body into the pan with the skin facing up and fry it.

16. Change to low heat, fry the fish on both sides until golden brown (the fish is cooked), remove from the pan after about ten minutes, place the previously fried vegetables under the plate, spread the fish flat on the vegetables, with the fish head and tail in their proper places, and a spicy grilled fish is ready.
