How to cook fried loofah with mussels

4. Peel the loofah and cut into small dices, dice the red pepper, and cut the onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces for later use.

5. Add oil to the pan. When the oil temperature is 70% hot, add the seasonings into the pan and stir-fry. After the seasonings are fried, add the loofah cubes into the pan and stir-fry. Add a little soy sauce and salt to taste.

6. Add the mussel meat into the pot and stir-fry together. Pour the soup from cooking the mussel meat into the pot and simmer. When the soup is thick, add the diced red pepper to garnish.
