How to make northern-style oily peanuts

1.1 Soak the washed peanuts in water for 2 minutes and peel off the red skin.

2.2 Take a small bowl of peanuts and wash them twice with clean water.

3.1 Take a small pot, pour in clean water (slightly covering the peanuts), add a little rice vinegar (vinegar will make the peanuts taste more crispy), and heat until boiling.

4.2 Peel off the red skin of the peanuts and soak them in clean water for about 4 hours until they are completely soaked.

5. Pour the fully soaked peanuts into the boiling water and vinegar liquid and heat until the peanuts turn slightly transparent (the time will vary depending on the amount of peanuts).

6. Once the peanuts turn slightly transparent, quickly remove them from the water and pour them into a clean, water-free container.

7. Take another small pot and pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce. Heat until boiling and then turn off the heat. Let it cool and pour into the container containing peanuts.

8. After it has cooled naturally, cover the lid tightly and it can be eaten after being pickled for about 48 hours.
