1. Suanzaoren Decoction

Crush three grams of Chinese jujube kernels, boil them in water, and take them one hour before going to bed every night. 2. Calming Soup

Take three grams each of longan pulp and Sichuan salvia miltiorrhiza, boil them in two bowls of water until it becomes half a bowl, and take it 30 minutes before going to bed. It can achieve a calming effect, especially for insomniacs suffering from weak heart and blood.

3. Anshen Decoction

Steam 15 grams of raw lily, add one egg yolk, stir with 200cc water, add some rock sugar, boil, then add 50cc water, drink it one hour before going to bed. Lily has the effect of clearing the mind, soothing the nerves and calming the nerves. Drinking it regularly can produce immediate results.

4. Three-flavor sleeping soup

3 grams of Chinese jujube kernel, 1 gram each of Ophiopogon japonicus and Polygala tenuifolia, boil with 500cc of water until 50cc is left, take before going to bed. All three herbs have a calming, soothing effect, and when mixed together they have a hypnotic effect.

5. Longan and Lotus Seed Soup

Take 2 taels of longan and lotus seeds and cook them into soup. It has the effects of nourishing the heart, calming the mind, strengthening the spleen, and tonifying the kidneys. It is most suitable for middle-aged and elderly people and those suffering from long-term insomnia.

6. Nourishing Heart Porridge

Take 35 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 10 seeded red dates, 10 grams each of Ophiopogon japonicus and Poria cocos, boil them in 2000cc of water until 500cc is left. After removing the residue, cook them together with washed rice and water. After the rice is cooked, add brown sugar and take it. It can nourish qi and blood and calm the mind, and has a significant improvement effect on those suffering from palpitations (rapid heartbeat), forgetfulness, insomnia, and nightmares.

7. Lily and Mung Bean Milk

Take 25 grams each of lily and mung bean, a small amount of rock sugar, cook them until they are soft, and add some milk when taking. It has a calming effect on people who can't sleep in the summer. The tryptophan in milk can be converted into serotonin in the brain to promote sleep.
