What soup is good for gastric bleeding

Method: Put the washed red dates and silkworm cocoons into the pot and add 800 grams of water. After boiling, simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Strain the juice into a large bowl and add sugar to taste.

2. Tea Tree Mushroom Pork Ribs Soup

Ingredients: 250 grams of spare ribs, 30 grams of tea tree mushrooms, half a carrot, 4 small slices of ginger, and appropriate amount of salt.

Method: Cut the ribs into pieces, wash and set aside. Soak the tea tree mushrooms half an hour in advance. Peel the carrots and cut into dice. Slice the ginger and set aside. After the water in the pot is boiled, put in the ribs and blanch them, then wash off the foam on the surface of the ribs. Put the ribs, tea tree mushrooms, carrots and ginger slices into the inner pot and add appropriate amount of water. Then put the inner pot into the electric stew pot, cover it with a lid, and add appropriate amount of water. Adjust to the tendon key. When you hear a bell after four hours, the stew is ready. Add appropriate amount of salt and start eating.

3. Yam and pork bone soup

Ingredients: 800 grams of pork spine, 400 grams of yam, 1 tender corn, and appropriate amounts of cinnamon, ginger, bay leaves, wolfberry, and refined salt.

Method: Wash the pork spine and chop it into small pieces with a knife. Blanch the pork spine, remove the blood foam and set aside. Add enough water to the casserole, put in the pork spine, ginger slices, cinnamon and bay leaves, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat. Chop the tender corn into small pieces. After cooking the casserole for 30 minutes, pour in the tender corn cubes and continue simmering on low heat. Peel the yam and cut into dices. Pour the yam cubes into the casserole. Sprinkle in wolfberries. Add appropriate amount of fine salt and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Papaya and pork ribs soup

Ingredients: 1 fresh papaya, 150 grams of peanut kernels, 500 grams of pork ribs, 9 red dates, and appropriate amounts of salt and MSG.

Preparation: Peel and seed the fresh papaya, wash and cut into thick slices; soak the peanuts in clean water for 30 minutes; wash and chop the ribs into small pieces, remove the pits from the red dates and wash them. Put all the above ingredients into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 3 hours, add salt and MSG to taste.
