How to make roasted chicken thighs with red wine and orange juice and rosemary

1. Wash the chicken legs, remove the skin and fat, remove the bones, and chop the meat with the back of a knife or a meat mincer.

2.1 Put the chicken thighs in a bowl, add appropriate amount of olive oil, salt, black pepper, rosemary, a little sugar, 20 grams of onion shreds, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes

3.2 Peel and clean the onion and cut into strips

7. Pour a proper amount of olive oil into the frying pan, add the potato slices after the oil temperature is slightly high, and fry over low heat until one side is golden brown.

8. Turn over and fry the other side. You can also add the remaining onion shreds and stir-fry, adding a little salt to make the onion shreds taste good. When the potato slices are fried until both sides are golden brown and the onion shreds are slightly soft, set aside.

9. Pour appropriate amount of red wine and orange juice into a bowl and stir

10. Pour a little olive oil into the frying pan, add red wine and orange juice when the oil temperature is slightly high, stir well, boil until the soup is slightly reduced, skim off the foam, and cook until the soup is thickened.

11. Take out the roasted chicken thighs and cut them into pieces

12. Place potato slices, washed bitter melon, diced apples, spread onion shreds on the plate, place the meat on the onion shreds, and drizzle with appropriate amount of red wine and orange juice.
