8. Remove the ginger and garlic slices from the marinated chicken, heat the pan without adding oil, place the chicken skin side down in the pan, and fry over medium heat until the skin is golden brown.

9. Turn the chicken over and continue frying.

10. Pour in the sauce prepared previously.

11. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

12. Take out the chicken, cut into strips and place on a plate.

13. Cook the remaining soup in the pot over high heat until thick.

14. Pour the thickened soup over the chicken strips.

15. In another pot, add water and bring to a boil. Add broccoli and carrot slices and blanch for 1-2 minutes, then remove and drain.

16. Take a larger plate, put a bowl of rice on it, then add the chicken strips, broccoli and carrots and serve.
