How to make steamed buns with yeast dough

Simple and easy to make and learn dishes are the motivation for modern people to cook. The dish of steamed buns made from leavened dough not only satisfies the taste of the general public, but also meets the time requirements and there is no need to wait for a long time. Paired with fragrant white rice and a bowl of soup, this is how you truly enjoy life.

1. Pour the flour into a clean bowl and sprinkle in the yeast powder. Pour in warm boiled water (about 40 degrees) and stir with chopsticks to form a uniform dough. Then use both hands to knead the dough into dough. (It is winter now and the temperature here is very low.) Pour an appropriate amount of warm water at about 45 degrees into a large pot, place the basin in the pot with warm water, cover the pot and ferment (ferment 2 to 3 times).

2. The fermented dough becomes honeycomb shape.

3. Sprinkle 5 grams of alkaline solution (to remove the sour taste and make the steamed buns more fragrant!) and knead the dough evenly.

4. Sprinkle dry flour on the chopping board (to prevent the dough from sticking to the chopping board), place the dough on the table and flatten it with both hands.

6. Sprinkle peanut oil on the dough! (You can also use an oil brush to apply evenly)

7. Fold the dough in half to spread the peanut oil evenly!

8. After folding it twice horizontally and vertically, the peanut oil has been evenly spread.

9. Sprinkle salt evenly.

10. Roll the dough into a roll and cut it into even-sized rolls!

11. Pinch both ends to prevent oil from coming out!

12. Flatten the dough that has been pinched at both ends, roll it into a round dough sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and use a mold to press out a model!

13. Heat the electric grill and pour in appropriate amount of peanut oil.

14. Put the molded raw dough into the pot, cover the pot and heat over medium heat.

15. After 3 minutes, turn it over and fry the other side, cover the pot and heat on low heat!

16. Once both sides are fried, you can take it out of the pan! (There is still a lot of noodles, keep making pancakes!)

17. After taking it out of the pot, put it on a plate. A plate of soft and delicious steamed buns made of leavened dough will appear in front of everyone!
