How to make drunken yam with wine

1.1 Peel the yam and soak it in water.

2.2 Raw materials: fermented glutinous rice, yam and wolfberry.

3. Cut the yam into strips and soak them in water, as they will turn black if exposed to air.

4. Put water in the pot, pour in the cut yam after the water boils, and remove from the pot and set aside.

5. Combine the yam and fermented glutinous rice and refrigerate for 2 hours.
