How to make candied kumquat

People cannot live without food from the moment they are born. There are many things we need to eat throughout our lives, and diet is closely related to our physical and mental health. Many patients in reality are caused by eating. Therefore, eating well can not only beautify your skin, but also prevent diseases. Now, I will introduce the method of making candied kumquats.

1.1Cut the processed kumquats in half and remove the seeds.

2.2 Rub the surface of kumquat with fine salt, then wash the salt grains and dry them

3. Sprinkle a few tablespoons of white sugar on the kumquats, making sure the surface is covered, and marinate in a container overnight.

4. Put the kumquats pickled overnight into the pot together with the soup, add a small handful of rock sugar, no need to add additional water, the water will come out on its own during boiling.

5. Slowly simmer over medium-low heat until the rock sugar melts and becomes sticky and adheres to the kumquats. Then you can bottle it. It tastes good whether eaten directly or soaked in water. Please note that rock sugar is the key to ensuring the finished product is crystal clear and cannot be replaced by white sugar.
