How to make rose fried dumplings

After a busy day, coming home and cooking a delicious meal is a way of compensating yourself, and a sense of happiness will gradually arise. The method of making rose fried dumplings is not complicated. You only need to wash the ingredients and cut them simply. It is also very important to control the heat for this dish. 2. Add water and a little salt to the flour and knead it into a smooth dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and set it aside to rest.

3. Chop pork, green onion and ginger into fine pieces. Add green onion, ginger, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and sesame oil to the minced meat and mix well.

4. Wash the cabbage, remove the hard stems, chop it into small pieces, and mix it evenly into the meat filling. The dumpling filling is ready. Refrigerate to prevent the vegetable and meat filling from leaking water

5. Roll it into round dumpling wrappers

6. Roll the dough into long strips and cut into small doughs of the same size.

7. Take out the meat filling from the refrigerator, stack the dumpling skins in groups of 4, and then spread the meat filling on them. Don’t fill them too much.

8. Start from the last piece of dumpling wrapper and fold it up.

9. Roll up the dumpling skin from the last folded position, and stand it up to form a rose. Isn’t it beautiful! Make all the dumplings in turn.

10. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the rose dumplings and fry until the bottom is golden brown.

11. Add boiling water to one-third of the height of the dumplings, cover the pot and simmer until the water is dry and the dumplings are cooked.

12. Serve and enjoy
