How to make spicy cabbage salad

1.1 Put the chopped cabbage stalks in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt. You can put more salt. Then take another large bowl and fill it with water to press on top. If you are in a hurry to eat it, you can marinate it for two hours. If you are not in a hurry to eat it, you can marinate it overnight. Note: Putting heavy objects on top can squeeze out the moisture in the cabbage stalks, making them crispier.

2.2 Cut the cabbage into strips. Here we cut it vertically, but if you like to cut it horizontally, it's up to you.

3. After the cabbage stalks are pickled, squeeze out the water and set aside. Note: Before squeezing out the water, you can taste the cabbage stalks. If they are too salty, just add some clean water and wash them.

4. Chop the coriander, garlic and ginger into small pieces

5. Squeeze the water out of the cabbage stalks and place them on a plate. Add chopped coriander, ginger and garlic, drizzle with a spoonful of light soy sauce, and then drizzle with 1-2 spoonfuls of red oil according to personal taste. Note: The cabbage stalks are already salty, and with the saltiness of the soy sauce, this dish does not need additional salt for seasoning

6. Mix well and serve
