How to cook black pepper pork chop

Although you don't have to wash vegetables, cook, or wash dishes when eating out, the food in restaurants outside is not necessarily sourced from regular sources and sometimes you might end up eating something fishy. For the sake of your health, it's better to cook at home. Black pepper pork chops are easy to make and you can master them with a little thought.

1. Use the back of a knife to hit the pork slices and loosen the fibers.

2. Beat until the meat slices become larger and thinner but don't break them.

3. Add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and black pepper to the beaten meat slices.

4. Marinate for 2 hours

5. Chop onions and garlic into small pieces, remove old tendons from snow peas, and wash and set aside.

6. Mix water, oyster sauce, salt, black pepper and cornstarch into a bowl of sauce and set aside

7. Heat the pan, melt the butter, add the diced onion and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

8. Add the marinated meat slices, sprinkle with a little cornstarch and fry until the surface is slightly yellow.

9. Turn over and fry the other side until the surface is slightly yellow (the meat slices I bought are relatively thin, so just fry them once. Thicker meat slices may need to be fried for a while longer)

10. Remove the meat slices, save the onions and garlic and pour them into the prepared sauce

11. Cook until thick.

12. Boil a little water, add a little salt and oil, add snow peas and stir-fry until cooked.

13. Pour the sauce on the meat slices, and garnish with the canned soybeans with tomato sauce, snow peas and lemon slices.
