How to make cabbage cold noodles

3. Then dilute with cold water, stir well, and let it sit for 30-40 minutes for later use.

4. Wash the cabbage, cut it into strips, and blanch it in boiling water.

6.21 Take an iron plate (either a metal cake plate or a stainless steel plate), and use a brush to apply a thin layer of scallion oil on the metal plate. If scallion oil is not available, salad oil can also be used.

7.1 Steam over high heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on the thickness of the dough.

8.2 Stir the prepared batter again with a spoon, then pour a spoonful of batter into the plate and shake well.

9. Steam the dough until it is puffy and then remove from the pan.

10. Then put the iron plate into a basin of cold water to cool the bottom of the plate thoroughly before peeling off the skin.

11. Use a brush to apply a layer of scallion oil on the dough and place it on a clean plate.

12. Make the skins one by one in this way and stack them up to cool.

13. Let the dough cool slightly, then fold it up and cut it into strips with a knife. The width of the strips depends on your preference. Spread them out after cutting.

14. Place the blanched cabbage strips on another plate and place the cut cold skin on top.

15. Pour sesame paste and fresh soy sauce on the cold skin.

16. Pour balsamic vinegar and chili and peppercorn oil mixture on top.

17. Add the seasoning and serve.

18. Mix well before eating. You can also add other seasonings of your favorite.
