1. Prepare raw materials;

2. Cut cucumber into shreds;

3. Cut carrots into shreds, boil water and blanch carrots for 2 minutes, remove and drain and place on a plate;

4. Use a knife to scrape off the skin of the burdock and cut into strips. Bring the water to a boil and blanch the burdock strips for 3 minutes. Remove from the water, drain and place on a plate.

5. Put soy sauce, aged vinegar, sesame oil, honey and chili oil in a bowl and mix well. Pour into the drained shredded vegetables and mix well. Finally, sprinkle with fried white sesame seeds.
