The amount of chili powder and cumin powder can be increased or decreased according to personal taste without affecting the taste of the entire sauce. 4. Generally, 8 spoons of light soy sauce is just enough to cover the green onions and coriander. 45 ml fish sauce, 30 ml rice wine, 15 ml sesame oil, 50 g sugar, 8 g minced garlic, or as needed, 10 g minced ginger, 30 ml honey

Preparation method

Place fish sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger and honey in a small bowl and stir vigorously until mixed.
