Sheet Pan Recipes

Almost every household has a frying pan, and people think that frying pans are useless, unlike the pans we usually use for cooking which are more convenient. The frying pan looks very simple and does not have much use, but in fact the food made in it is still very delicious. For example, frying tamagoyaki in a frying pan and chocolate frying pan roll cake, you can tell from the names that they are very delicious, and you can use such a simple pan to make such food at home.

Frying Tamagoyaki in a frying pan

Material

3 eggs 3 tablespoons of dried bonito broth 0.5 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of mirin

practice

Pour in a portion of the egg liquid. The amount should be enough to cover the bottom of the pan and have a little thickness, so as not to cook too quickly and turn into a fried egg skin.

When the bottom is cooked and the egg liquid on the top has not yet completely solidified, use a spatula to fold it into the shape shown above.

Push the folded egg upwards and apply a small amount of oil to the pan with a napkin.

Continue to pour in an appropriate amount of egg liquid, and use a spatula to prop up the egg body to let the egg liquid slide down. When the egg liquid solidifies, you can start to fold and roll it up.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the egg liquid is used up.

This simple version of Tamagoyaki is now complete!

Chocolate Pan Roll Cake

Material

2 eggs 50ml milk 60g flour 1 flat spoon baking powder 25g brownie 15g caramel sauce

practice

Beat the eggs until small bubbles appear. Add sugar and milk and mix well. Add flour and baking powder and mix well until there are no particles. Crush the brownie and add in and mix well.

Take a frying pan (I use the kind for frying tamagoyaki) and put 2 tablespoons of batter (or just enough to fill the pan with a thin layer)

Cut into small pieces and place on a plate. Drizzle with a little caramel sauce or powdered sugar (optional)

Pan bread

Material

(A) 150g high-gluten flour (A) 1/2 teaspoon yeast powder (A) 1 teaspoon sugar (A) A pinch of salt (B) 6 tablespoons water (B) 1 teaspoon liquid oil

practice

Mix A and B evenly, knead into dough, and place in plastic wrap for 20 minutes. Divide into 4 portions, shape into round shapes and leave for another 15 minutes.

Heat a frying pan, apply a thin layer of oil on it and flatten the round dough to about 1 cm thick, then put it into the frying pan.

Leave some space between the dough balls, cover the pot and fry over low heat for 7 minutes. The surface will be hard and crispy. Flip it over, cover the pot and fry for another 5 minutes. OK~
