2. Drink more orange juice: Orange juice is rich in vitamin C. These researchers believe that vitamin C helps blood vessels dilate. Taking 60 mg of vitamin C tablets every day, or eating more vegetables, peppers, lemons and other sour fruits, can also have the same effect.

3. Avoid excessive fatigue in the early morning: Generally speaking, heart disease often occurs in the morning. A research survey of a group of 415 people showed that eating 600-900 mg of mashed garlic can lower blood pressure by an average of 11 mmHg. Garlic can help maintain the proper amount of an enzyme in the body and avoid high blood pressure.
