They can be long or round in shape as you like. If you are not good at making buns, you can refer to the method of making dumplings. 11. Cover the steamer with a steamer cloth and place the buns, leaving some space between them. Bring to a boil over high heat and start counting the time when steam appears. Steam for 15-18 minutes! 12.
