1. Prepare the main ingredients.

2. Wash and chop carrots, lettuce, and green onions, and slice okra.

3. Weigh 70 grams of glutinous rice flour and 10 grams of sticky rice flour.

4. Add chopped carrots, lettuce, green onions, tomato sauce and chopped peppers to the glutinous rice flour.

5. Add water in small amounts, several times, and make it into a thick paste.

8. Turn it over, bottom facing up, and fry the okra side. Fry for about 30 seconds until it is cooked.

9. Serve on a plate. It goes perfectly with a bowl of porridge.
