How to Stew Lobster

With the gradual improvement of living standards, various foods have begun to appear on the tables of many families. Lobster is one of the more popular foods. Method 1

Ingredients:

Production steps:

Brush the lobster's abdomen clean, remove the whiskers on the head, remove the front claws, cut the shell on both sides of the head and remove the shrimp's gills. After heating the oil in the pot, add garlic, ginger, peppercorns, fennel, and scallions and sauté until fragrant. Then add dried chilies and bay leaves (to prevent the dried chilies from burning), and immediately pour in the rinsed lobster. Stir-fry a few times and the lobster will turn red immediately. Add cooking wine and soy sauce and continue to stir-fry. Pour in water and start to simmer, add some salt and a little sugar to enhance the flavor. Keep simmering over medium heat until the soup is almost dried up. You can also taste the soup during the braising process. If you like strong flavors, you can add more flavors at any time. Okay, when the soup is almost dry, you can serve it out of the pot and sprinkle some chopped green onions on it for garnish. In this way, a delicious braised lobster is ready.

Lobster, vermicelli, garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, green onion

Production steps:

Soak vermicelli in boiling water for half an hour, cut the lobster in the middle, spread the soaked vermicelli on a plate, place the lobster on the vermicelli, mix garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt and chicken essence into juice, pour the juice on the lobster, after the water in the steamer boils, put the lobster in, steam on medium heat for 12 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and pour 80% hot olive oil on the chopped green onions.
