Pan-Fried Salmon with Thai Sauce

Cooking can be a simple thing. Just pour the vegetables into the pot and stir-fry or boil them. But do you really like to eat such dishes? In order to make a good dish, you need to have fixed methods and techniques. So, let me teach you how to make fried salmon with Thai sauce.

1.12 First squeeze the lemon juice into a small bowl, add a little oyster sauce, fish sauce, pepper and sugar, mix well and set aside.

2.21 Marinate the salmon with a little salt and pepper for about twenty minutes.

3. Heat the pan, pour in a little olive oil and fry the marinated salmon over high heat.

4. Fry until both sides turn golden brown and place on a plate for later use.

5. Pour the prepared sauce into the pot and boil over medium heat.

6. Pour in the chopped basil.

7. Turn off the heat after stirring evenly.

8. Pour the cooked sauce over the fried salmon and serve.
