How to make the temptation of bread

16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on the lower layer for 35 minutes. Cover after the middle is colored.

17. Cut the toast in half, use a serrated knife to cut about 0.8 cm around the edges and then cut into pieces. As shown in the picture.

18. Heat the butter in the microwave until melted, then add honey and mix well.

19. Prepare the ingredients needed to make matcha ice cream.

20. Mix sugar, egg yolk and matcha.

21. Heat the milk slowly over low heat.

22. Slowly pour it into the mixed liquid and stir evenly while pouring.

23. Pour in honey and stir evenly.

24. Pour in rum and stir well.

25. Whip the cream evenly.

26. Add the matcha mixture.

27. Mix well.

28. Put it in the freezer and beat it once every half hour.

29. Whip 5 times and scoop out balls with an ice cream scoop.

30. Spread the butter-honey solution on the toast and bread cubes and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

31. Place the bread cubes on the toast, top with the scooped ice cream balls, and then decorate.
