How to make spicy kelp shreds

For many mothers, if their babies and loved ones eat healthily, they will get sick less often. Today, I will introduce to housewives a dish of pepper-flavored kelp shreds that is suitable for family consumption.

1. Remove the stems and seeds of the green and red peppers, cut into thin strips, soak in clean water for 10 minutes, and they will bend naturally. Clean the surface of the kelp, without thoroughly washing off the mucus on the surface, and cut into thin strips. Garlic made into minced garlic using a garlic press

2. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add kelp shreds and blanch for 2 minutes. Then immerse in cold water and drain after cooling.

3. Put kelp shreds, green and red pepper shreds, and minced garlic into a bowl, add salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well.

Although the dish of shredded kelp with pepper and sauce is simple to make, if you have never cooked and don’t understand it, you might as well ask your elders for help. Under the guidance of your elders, you will definitely be able to do better.
