1. Soup: Mix the powder and water, heat to 65 degrees, and make a paste.

2. Cover the surface with plastic wrap after cooking. Refrigerate after cooling

3. Add all the ingredients in the recipe except butter into the bread machine bucket, and start the bread machine kneading program (kneading mode is 20 minutes per time)

4. After kneading the dough for 20 minutes, check the dough strength. If it is not strong enough to pull out the fascia, continue kneading for 10 minutes.

5. Check again, add butter when you can pull out the tendons. (I kneaded it for 30 minutes before adding butter)

6. Add butter to the bread pan

7. Start the bread machine and knead the dough for 40 minutes (the second kneading time is 40 minutes, this time is for reference only, please adjust the kneading time appropriately according to the different gluten strength of your own flour.)

8. Knead the dough until a transparent film can be pulled out, which is tough and not easy to puncture

9. Roll the dough into a round shape again and put it into the bread machine

10. Ferment until 80% full

11. Start the bread machine and bake for 1 hour.
