How to make milk grain biscuits

Going home and cooking a delicious meal after the hustle and bustle is over is a very romantic and happy thing. You don’t need to prepare too many seasonings, just prepare onions, ginger and garlic. Add a little vinegar to season it when serving. This milk and multi-grain pancake is ready.

1. Find a basin, add appropriate amount of yeast powder to warm water and mix well, then add the prepared bag of milk, 1 bowl of cornmeal, 1 and a half bowls of flour, and 1 bowl of bean flour to make dough.

2. Cover with a bowl and wait for fermentation.

3. After about 2 hours, the dough will ferment to twice its size. At this point, the dough is ready.

4. Knead the fermented dough several times to expel excess air.

5. Roll the dough into pancakes of similar size.

6. Place the pancake on the electric pancake maker and turn on the switch.

7. When both sides of the pancake turn golden brown, about eight minutes later, the pancake is cooked.

8. Cut into the shape you like and you can eat it.

For ourselves and our families, it is better for us to cook at home. Milk and multi-grain pancakes are easy to make and anyone can learn it easily.
