How to make rose buns

There are many things we need to deal with in life. No matter what, we should not be too casual about eating. After all, only by eating healthily can we have a good body. Rose buns are easy to make. The ingredients needed are not only common but also healthy. Making them by yourself can also ensure hygiene, killing two birds with one stone.

1. Add water to the cabbage and use a juicer to make juice.

2. Set aside the filtered juice.

3. Put flour, milk powder, sugar and yeast in a bowl.

4. Add cabbage juice and stir until it becomes cotton-like.

5. Let it ferment for about an hour and a half, and it will be about twice as large. It is ok if it does not shrink when pressed by hand.

6. Knead until the surface is smooth, cover with a lid, and ferment through heat transfer from a yogurt machine.

7. Degas the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest on the panel for ten minutes.

8. Divide the dough into small pieces of equal size.

9. Roll into small round cakes like dumpling skins.

10. Make five and press in the middle with chopsticks.

11. Make another flower center with pointed ends as shown in the picture.

12. Start rolling from the bottom end and roll it into the style shown in the picture. If there is dry dough at the end and it cannot stick, add a little water.

13. Then cut it in the middle.

14. Arrange the petals.

15. Use the remaining dough to make a little rabbit.

16. Apply a layer of oil on the steamer to prevent sticking. Put the prepared roses and rabbits on the steamer and let them ferment for another ten minutes.

17. Set the induction cooker to twenty minutes. After turning off the heat, simmer for five minutes before removing from the pan.

18. The finished product is as shown in the picture! Isn’t it beautiful?
