How to make pickled cabbage and pork slices

This dish is simple to prepare, delicious, healthy, and takes only a short time to prepare. It can be prepared immediately while you are waiting in line for your meal.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Add more broth to the sauerkraut. Chop the onion and garlic, slice the ginger, and chop the coriander.

2. Cut the tenderloin into thin slices

3. Add an egg white, starch, appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine to the sliced ​​tenderloin, stir well, and marinate for more than 10 minutes.

4. Slice the sauerkraut and put it in a bowl for later use

5. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry some minced garlic and all the ginger slices.

6. Stir-fry for a few seconds, then add the pickled cabbage and stir-fry for 7-8 seconds

7. Pour in the sauerkraut soup and appropriate amount of boiling water

9. When the meat slices turn white and slightly curled in the pan, they can be taken out of the pan in a very short time. Use a slotted spoon to scoop out the meat slices and sauerkraut and place them in a bowl. Keep half of the sour soup in another bowl

10. Heat another pan and fry the remaining minced garlic and chili.

11. Pour the remaining sour soup into the bowl and bring it to a boil over high heat. Pour it over the sour cabbage and meat slices in the bowl.

12. Finally, use chopped green onion and coriander to shape

13. It tastes great
