1. Cut the veal leg bones in half, slice the carrots and onions, preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes, put the veal bones, carrots, and onions in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes

2. Find a soup pot, put the ingredients in step 1 into the pot, pour white wine into the baking tray while it is still hot, and pour it into the pot.

5. Tomatoes should be processed more delicately, peeling and removing seeds

6. Dice, slice mushrooms, and cut celery into sections

7. Cut the garlic into rice-like pieces and put them into the soup pot together with all the above ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat.

8. Remove the foam from the soup and simmer over medium heat for more than three hours.

9. Filter the soup and remove the floating oil after it cools down.

10. Calf Broth is ready
