1. Soak the chrysanthemum in warm water for a few minutes.

2. Soak the wolfberries in warm water and wash them.

3. Cut the ginger into thin strips.

4. Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, add the washed and cut ribs into small pieces and blanch them to remove the blood.

5. Take out the ribs, rinse off the foam with clean water and set aside.

6. Put the spareribs and shredded ginger into the soup pot.

7. Add about 800ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about half an hour.

8. After half an hour, add chrysanthemum and wolfberry and continue to simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
