How to make hand-pulled pie crust

The method of making hand-pulled pancake crust is very simple, and the ingredients needed are very common. It is a very delicious home-cooked dish. 1. Prepare the pancake seasoning, sesame oil, salt, pepper salt (optional)

2. Weigh the flour and put it into a bowl. Add warm water in batches and make it into a soft dough.

3. Cover with a damp cloth and let it relax for 30-60 minutes

4. Roll it with a rolling pin, sprinkle some sesame oil on it and spread it evenly.
