1. Dice the zucchini and prepare garlic, dried shrimps, wolfberries, and sea fungus.

2. Pour all the ingredients into the pot (do not add the sea fungus yet), and stir-fry for a while.

3. Add water, bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

4. Add sea fungus and cook for another 3 minutes. Pour sesame oil into the bowl.

5. Remove from the pan. Because I like the flavor, I fried the zucchini with oil at the beginning. If you like it lighter, you can skip this step and just boil all the ingredients with water.
