Use medium-low heat throughout the frying process to maintain the inherent fresh flavor of the ingredients while avoiding excessively high temperatures that would reach the smoke point of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. In addition, the anti-stick coating in a non-stick pan is not suitable for cooking under overheating conditions.
