How to make mushroom and conch porridge

I always envy other people’s tables full of delicious food. So, here I will show you how to make mushroom and snail porridge.

1. Wash the mushrooms and kohlrabi and cut them into pieces for later use. Cook the conch and remove the conch meat and slice it.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté until fragrant. Add mushrooms, kohlrabi, and conch slices, add salt and stir-fry for a while. Remove from heat and set aside. Wash the rice, add water and boil until it becomes thick, then pour the fried vegetables in and mix well, add oil and choy sum and cook for a while.
