How to make preserved egg porridge without meat

With today's booming economy, more and more people are pursuing the pleasure of eating, and more and more gourmet restaurants are popping up. 1.1 Prepare and chop the preserved eggs. What kind of eggs did I use? The extra small preserved eggs. They are also delicious when served cold.

2.2 Prepare the rice, it can be overnight. Because freshly cooked porridge is too slow, haha

3. Add rice and water to boil over medium heat, add a few drops of oil

4. Add chopped preserved eggs

5. Cook for a while over low heat and add salt to taste

6. After stirring evenly, you can serve. You can sprinkle a small amount of chopped green onion and fried dough sticks in the porridge.
