There are many ways to cook King Oyster Mushroom nowadays. Sometimes, King Oyster Mushroom can be steamed before eating, but this method of steaming King Oyster Mushroom will make the taste lighter, which is very suitable for people who have just recovered from a serious illness or cannot eat spicy food. The method is also very simple. Just wash the King Oyster Mushroom and marinate it for a while before putting it in the pot and steaming it.

1. Slice the king oyster mushrooms and place them evenly on a plate

2. Add a few drops of vegetable oil, a little salt, and a little water

3. Put it into the rice cooker and cook it together with the rice

4. When the rice is ready, the king oyster mushrooms are also ready. Add a little MSG and sprinkle some chopped green onions.

Method 1

Material:

King Oyster Mushroom (2 pieces, 250 grams), lean meat (100 grams), celery (2 pieces), carrot (1/3 piece), green pepper (1 piece), green onion (1 piece), shredded ginger (half tablespoon)

Marinade:

Soy sauce (1 tablespoon), cooking wine (1/2 tablespoon), chicken powder (1/3 tablespoon), cornstarch (1/2 tablespoon)

seasoning:

Oil (1 bowl), chicken powder (1/3 tablespoon), soy sauce (1/2 tablespoon), salt (1/4 tablespoon), black pepper (1/5 tablespoon), cooked white sesame seeds (2 tablespoons)

step:

1. Wash and cut the lean meat into strips, add the marinade and mix well, marinate for 15 minutes; cut the green pepper and carrot into thin strips.

2. Wash the king oyster mushrooms, dry them, and cut them into 0.5 cm thick slices; remove the leaves of the celery, wash them, and cut them into sections; remove the heads and tails of the green onions, and also cut them into sections.

3. Coat each piece of king oyster mushroom evenly with cornstarch and place them in a basket for later use.

4. Heat a bowl of oil, put in 3 to 4 slices of king oyster mushrooms, fry over medium heat until the edges turn golden brown, remove from the heat and use kitchen paper to drain the remaining oil, then fry the remaining king oyster mushroom slices in batches.

5. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, stir-fry shredded ginger, scallion, green pepper and carrot, add lean pork and stir-fry until the meat turns white, then add 1/3 cup of water and bring to a boil.

6. Add 1/3 tablespoon chicken broth, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/4 tablespoon salt and 1/5 tablespoon black pepper to season.

7. Add the king oyster mushroom slices and celery segments, stir well, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cooked white sesame seeds and serve.

Material:

2 King Oyster Mushrooms

seasoning:

1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, 4 dried chilies, 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 chives, 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds

step:

1. Prepare the ingredients, cut the dried chili into sections, chop the garlic into coarse rice, and cut the chives into flowers

2. Wash the king oyster mushrooms and tear them into strips by hand

3. Put it in boiling water and blanch it quickly

4. Drain the water after blanching and set aside

5. Fry the white sesame seeds in a pan over medium-low heat until cooked, then set aside.

6. Put some vegetable oil in a pan, add the blanched king oyster mushrooms, stir-fry until the surface turns brown, and set aside.

7. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan until it is 50% hot, add dried pepper, garlic and scallion and sauté until fragrant.

8. Add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry together. Season with salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce.

9. Stir-fry evenly and add sesame and chives
