How to make tofu and chicken noodles

7.1 Pour oil into the pan, put the diced tofu in, fry slowly over medium-low heat, and when the surface of the diced tofu turns yellow, remove it and drain the oil.

8.2 Mix 2 tablespoons of June-fragrant bean paste, 1 tablespoon of sweet noodle sauce, and 3 tablespoons of water evenly.

9. Leave some oil in the pan and stir-fry the ginger and garlic slices, then add the marinated diced chicken and stir-fry.

10. After the diced chicken changes color, add the peppers and continue stir-frying.

11. Then pour in the prepared sauce, sprinkle with chives, cover the pot, and cook over medium-low heat for 8 minutes. (Remember to open the lid and stir well during the process)

12. Put the fried tofu cubes into the fried sauce, cover the pot and simmer for 1 minute.

13. Add a few slices of ginger, 1 spoon of cooking wine, the removed chicken bones and dried shrimps into another pot, cover and cook.

14. After the water in the pot boils, remove the ginger slices and put the noodles in.

15. After the water in the pot boils again, you can turn off the heat and take out the noodles.

16. The tofu and chicken noodles are ready.
