How to make mooncake (50g)

If you often go to restaurants for convenience, but end up having gastrointestinal problems or diseases, it is not worth it. For the sake of our health, we'd better learn some home cooking methods and make them at home. The method of making moon cakes (50 grams) is simple and most people can learn it quickly.

1. Mix 400 grams of syrup, 150 grams of oil, and 600 grams of flour into a dough (no need to add water). After the mooncake skin is made, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more.

2. To make homemade softening syrup, put 200 grams of sugar + 200 grams of rock sugar + 300 grams of water into a pot and boil for 10 minutes, then add 50 grams of lemon juice, continue to boil on low heat for another 10 minutes, and keep the syrup for one day.

3. To make the filling, fry and mash the peanuts, fry the glutinous rice flour and flour until yellow, cook black and white sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, peanut oil, 150 grams of sugar, and an appropriate amount of water, and mix them together to make the five-kernel filling.

4. Take 25 grams of dough and press it into a skin. Wrap 25 grams of stuffing and put 50 grams of dough into a mold to shape.

5. Put the prepared mooncakes into the oven at 200 degrees. Take them out after 10 minutes, brush them with egg liquid, and bake for another 10 minutes before serving.

6. 600 grams of flour and 400 grams of syrup can make 40 mooncakes. (Oven temperature 180~200 depends on the oven conditions)
