How to make pumpkin soup balls

The ingredients used in restaurants may not be healthy, after all, it costs more money. However, this is not the case with homemade dishes. We can choose some healthy and nutritious ingredients. Pumpkin soup balls are very simple to make, and it is a very common dish on many family tables.

1. Use a slightly larger bowl to weigh the flour.

2. Add in flour and knead the dough quickly into a soft and smooth dough.

3. Take a small 18g pellet and flatten it in your palm. Use your fingers to gently shape into half of a small bowl.

4. Put pumpkin puree in the middle of the dough, close the dough like making dumplings, and roll it into a ball.

5. Repeat this action to make all the dough into small balls.

6. Bring water to a boil in a small pot, put in the dumplings and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. When the dumplings float to the surface, they are cooked. Add appropriate amount of sugar and cook until dissolved, then turn off the heat.

7. Serve in a bowl.

8. Take a bite and you’ll enjoy the rich pumpkin flavor!
