Tomato Meatball Noodles

What does it mean to cook healthy food? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you how to cook tomato meatball noodles.

1.1 Fry for about 10 minutes until the onion becomes soft

2.2 Chop onion and garlic. Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chopped onion.

4.21 Stir fry for a while and let cool

5. Remove the hard edges of the toast (I didn't remove all of them and added them in), and tear them into small pieces

6. Add milk and let the milk soak the bread

7. Mix minced pork and minced beef

8. Mix well and add all other ingredients and seasonings

9. Mix the meat with your hands (it is recommended to use your hands as it is easier to use)

10. Take an appropriate amount of meat and make meatballs slightly smaller than ping-pong balls (you can also make them bigger if necessary)

11. Add a little oil to the pan, put in the meatballs, and fry over medium heat until the surface is golden brown. It takes about 15 minutes (I used the oven, 180 degrees, upper and lower fire, middle layer, and baked for about 25 minutes)

12. Let the fried meatballs cool naturally. Then put it in the refrigerator and freeze it. Take it out when you want to eat it, no need to defrost, put it in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes
