How to make handmade dumplings

1. Prepare the flour

3. Wash the celery and pork (the pork should be slightly frozen, so it is easier to chop into stuffing)

4. Chop the celery.

8. Roll the dough into long strips and cut into even-sized dough pieces.

9. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into round pancakes. Now you can start making dumplings.

10. Put the filling in the middle of the dough and pinch the middle of the dough.

11. Pinch from both sides to the middle

12. One dumpling is wrapped. You can repeat this process.

13. The delicious dumplings are ready to be served
