Complete recipes for chronic gastritis

Gastritis is a digestive system disease that often occurs in our lives, especially in adults. Bacteria enter the digestive system from the human mouth. When the human stomach is infected by bacteria, it often causes mutations in the gastric mucosa, leading to gastritis-related diseases. Gastritis is usually divided into acute gastritis and chronic gastritis, and is divided according to different causes. 1. Huanglian Wendan Decoction

Take 30 grams of millet, 10 grams of Acorus calamus, 10 grams of Pinellia, 10 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, 10 grams of Glechoma longituba, 10 grams of Poria, 10 grams of Cyperus rotundus, 10 grams of Scutellaria baicalensis, and 6 grams of Coptis chinensis. Put the above medicinal materials into a pot, add water, boil into soup in the conventional way, filter out and drink. 1 pack per day.

2. Chaihu Shugan San

Take 10 grams of Bupleurum, 10 grams of Corydalis, 10 grams of Aucklandia, 10 grams of Cyperus, 10 grams of Curcuma, 10 grams of White Peony, 10 grams of Chuanxiong, 10 grams of Atractylodes, 6 grams of Citrus Reticulata, and 6 grams of Licorice. Put the above medicinal materials into a pot, add water, boil into soup in the conventional way, filter out and drink. 1 pack per day.

3. Ginseng and lotus seed soup

10 grams of white ginseng, 30 grams of rock sugar, and 10 lotus seeds. Put white ginseng and lotus seeds (core removed) in a bowl and add appropriate amount of water to soak. Add rock sugar. Place the bowl in a steamer and steam for 1 hour. Drink the soup and eat the lotus seeds. Ginseng can be used continuously for 3 times. Add lotus seeds, rock sugar and water the next day and steam it as above. You can take it together with ginseng for the third time. Nourishes the spleen and replenishes Qi, strengthens the stomach, and stops diarrhea. Suitable for chronic gastritis with weak spleen and stomach. Symptoms include abdominal distension, shortness of breath, laziness to speak, fatigue, poor appetite, loose stools, and tiredness. 4. Cactus and Pork Tripe Soup

30-60 grams of cactus and 1 pork stomach. Put the cactus into the pig's stomach, add appropriate amount of water into the pot, simmer over low heat until hot and tender, drink the soup and eat the pig's stomach. Promotes qi and blood circulation, strengthens the spleen and benefits the stomach. It is suitable for symptoms such as qi stagnation and blood stasis, and long-term stomach pain.

5. Cinnamon Hawthorn Soup

6 grams of cinnamon, 10 grams of hawthorn meat, and 30 grams of brown sugar. First boil the hawthorn meat in water for 15 minutes, then add cinnamon, turn off the heat when the hawthorn meat is almost cooked, filter the juice and add brown sugar, mix well and drink it while it is hot. Warms the stomach, helps digestion and relieves pain. Suitable for epigastric pain.

6. Pumpkin, Yam and Beef Porridge

150g rice, 100g beef, 1 piece of yam, 100g pumpkin, 1 scallion, 1 small piece of ginger, 5ml cooking wine, 1g starch, and a little vegetable oil.

Wash the rice, soak it in clean water for half an hour, remove it and drain the water for later use. Pour enough water into the pot, add rice after boiling, bring to a boil over high heat then simmer for about 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and overflowing.

Peel the yam and cut into small dices, peel the pumpkin and cut into small dices, cut the ginger into shreds, and chop the green onions. Chop the beef into fine pieces, mix with shredded ginger, starch, cooking wine and a little oil, and marinate for a while. When the rice porridge is cooked until the rice grains are blooming, add the yam and diced pumpkin and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Add the marinated minced beef and mix well. Bring to a boil again, then continue cooking on low heat for 2 minutes. Finally, add salt and shallots and mix well.

7. Cabbage porridge

8. Pumpkin, carrot and millet porridge

First wash the fresh Polygonatum odoratum, remove the roots and chop them into pieces, add 1000 ml of water, boil and extract about 500 ml of concentrated juice, then add rice and cook into thin porridge, add a little rock sugar, and take it in 3 to 4 times a day. It is suitable for gastritis patients with excessive stomach fire or internal heat due to yin deficiency and easy hunger. Symptoms such as acid water, abdominal distension and stomach tightness.

10. Atractylodes macrocephala and pork tripe porridge

30 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, 1 pig stomach, 60 grams of polished rice, and a little ginger. Wash the pig's stomach, cut it into small pieces, add 1000 ml of water together with Atractylodes macrocephala and ginger, boil and extract about 600 ml of juice, then add rice and cook into porridge, take twice a day in the morning and evening. It is used for symptoms such as weak spleen and stomach, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, and constipation.

11. Pepper Pancake

6 grams of Sichuan pepper, 60 grams of white flour, and scallion stems. Remove the closed ends of the Sichuan peppercorns, remove the pepper eyes, roast and grind them into powder, mix them with flour, add water and knead them into small cakes. Bring the water to a boil, add the pepper cakes, and after they are cooked, add the scallions and season with MSG, sesame oil, and salt. Eat noodles and drink soup. It is suitable for symptoms such as cold pain in the stomach, bloating and discomfort, and loss of appetite caused by cold and qi stagnation.

12. Potato porridge

250 grams of fresh potatoes (unpeeled), appropriate amount of honey. Wash and chop the potatoes, then boil them in water until they become porridge-like. Add honey when taking. Take it on an empty stomach every morning for 15 days. Relieve acute pain. Suitable for symptoms such as dull pain and discomfort in the stomach.

13. Pepper and Onion Soup

2 grams of pepper powder, 3 grams of green onion, and 6 grams of ginger. First boil water, add ginger and scallion, and boil to make ginger and scallion soup. Take pepper powder with hot ginger and scallion soup, or put pepper powder into the ginger and scallion soup. Drinking the hot soup can relieve stomachache. 14. Astragalus, jujube and turtle soup

1 turtle (about 500 grams), 30 grams of astragalus, 10 dates, and appropriate amounts of cooking wine, ginger and salt. Kill the fresh turtle, remove its head and feet, blanch it in boiling water, put it into a casserole together with astragalus and jujube, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add cooking wine, salt and ginger and simmer over low heat for 2 hours until the turtle meat is cooked through. Remove the shell, eat the turtle meat and dates, and drink the soup. 15. Peanut Millet Porridge

50 grams of millet, 50 grams of peanut kernels, 30 grams of red beans, and appropriate amounts of osmanthus sugar and rock sugar.

Soak millet, peanut kernels and red beans in clean water for 4 hours, then wash them clean and set aside. Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot, add peanut kernels and red beans, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Add millet and cook until the rice is soft and the peanuts and red beans are crispy and soft, then add rock sugar and osmanthus sugar.

16. Lean Meat and Mushroom Soup

100 grams of fresh mushrooms, 100 grams of lean pork, peanut oil and salt. Wash the mushrooms and pork, cut them into slices, put them into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water to cook the soup, when the soup is thick and the meat is cooked, add peanut oil, salt and MSG to season.
