1. The ratio of rice to water is 1:4 or 1:5. Put an appropriate amount of water in the casserole. Cut the lettuce into shreds and mince the ginger

2.1 Start cooking the porridge over low heat. After the pot boils, stir it from time to time so that the porridge sticks to the bottom of the pot. Put the ginger foam into the casserole when you start cooking the porridge, and keep the porridge and water separated. In this way, you can't add any more water and keep simmering on low heat. Until the rice porridge becomes very thick and small bubbles appear. Make a gurgling sound. If you turn off the fire at this time, the porridge will solidify after slowly cooling down, and then it will be ready. This process took nearly an hour, it was so time-consuming! Think about it, in order to save trouble, you can also use the steamed rice to cook the casserole porridge, which will definitely not be so time-consuming.

3.2 Put the rice into the casserole and soak it in advance before putting it on the fire. Soaking time is about 1 hour

4. After the porridge is cooked, turn off the heat and cover the pot. After leaving it on the stove for a while, put the lettuce into the hot and bubbling porridge pot, stir it, beat an egg, cover it again, simmer it, stir it, that is, beat the egg and mix it evenly. Add a little light salt before eating, it will taste better.
