Pickled beans are a popular side dish in daily life. Not only are they delicious but they are also appetizing. There are many ways to pickle them, all of which are very simple and easy to learn. You only need to prepare the required ingredients and follow the steps given to pickle them. However, you need to pay attention to some things during the pickling process. Only in this way can you make the most delicious pickled beans.

1. Method of pickling pickled peppers and sour beans . Sour beans are an appetizer. Adding the sour beans to noodles or side dishes can whet your appetite. Before making pickled beans yourself, you should make sure that you add rice water instead of vinegar. 2. Pickled sour beans need to be dried first. Choose fresh beans in the market, wash them and dry them in the sun. The dried beans have a crisper texture. Cut the dried beans into small pieces, add garlic, pepper, salt, etc. and marinate for about two hours (the amount of salt is five times the amount used for normal cooking). Then pour in the rice washing water until the beans are submerged. Place in a sealed dry jar in a cool place for about five days. Remember to make sure there is no air leakage, otherwise the beans will easily become smelly.

3. Soaking beans in rice water will not hurt your stomach. Remember to use rice washing water to soak the sour beans, because the sour beans soaked in rice washing water are naturally fermented, and such sour beans will not hurt your stomach. If you soak food in vinegar or other things, it will be bad for your stomach. 4. Ingredients for pickling sour beans: Main ingredient: 230g beans. Auxiliary ingredients: appropriate amount of oil, salt, sour ginger, pickled pepper, garlic, strong liquor, fermented black beans, and white sugar.

Step 1: Wash the beans and dry them. 2. Cut into inch-long pieces. (The length depends on personal preference) 3. Put some salt in the basin. 4. Rub with your hands so that each bean is covered with salt. Rub gently until the surface of the bean is slightly moist and leave it for an hour. 5. Cut the pickled ginger into thin strips. 6. Cut the pickled peppers into sections. 7. Chop the garlic into small pieces. 8. Prepare the fermented black beans. 9. A clean, oil-free and water-free glass bottle. 10. Pour the pickled beans into a glass bottle. 11. Add fermented black beans, pickled ginger slices, chili peppers, and garlic cloves. 12. Add a little salt. 13. Add a little strong liquor. 14. Leave it for about 3-4 days. During this time, you should shake the beans in the bottle up and down so that the soaked salt water can reach the beans. 15. After a few days, the beans will turn yellow, indicating that they are pickled. 16. Heat the pan, add oil and stir-fry garlic. 17. Pour in the sour beans. 18. Add appropriate amount of white sugar, stir fry evenly and serve.
